| Abstract: | - Gary Hoffman raised an issue concerning repeated requests from chapter elected Board members for excused absence from TSCPA Board of Directors meetings.
- Hoffman proposed the following Resolution, which was seconded and approved unanimously: Resolved, that the Executive Board at its meeting on August 24, 2001, took note of requests from chapter elected Board members for excused absence from the Midyear Board of Directors Meeting in January 2001, and Annual Meeting of Members in June 2001, and the number of chapter elected Board members who have repeatedly sought such excused absences.
- The Executive Board requests that all chapters make clear to nominees for service on the TSCPA Board of Directors the requirements for attendance at TSCPA...
