| Abstract: | - Chairman Polansky and John Sharbaugh updated the members on the following major initiatives of TSCPA: Strategic Plan - A new Plan will be finalized and approved by the Executive Board in April and presented to the Board of Directors in June; Strategic Planning Surveys - The TSCPA general membership and chapter and TSCPA leaders were surveyed regarding the Strategic Plan and future direction of TSCPA.
- Chairman Polansky introduced David Jentho, a TSCPA member of the Peer Review Committee and currently chairman of the AICPA Peer Review Board.
- Secretary Betty Pels, Jerry Love and Tim LaFrey, as charged by the Executive Board, reviewed, among other things, the responsibilities of the TSCPA Board of Directors and term limits for Board ...
