Motion: That the Board of Directors approves the following individuals as trustees of the Accounting Education Foundation with terms expiring as indicated:

ACCOUNTING EDUCATION FOUNDATION OF THE TEXAS SOCIETY OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC
ACCOUNTANTS
In the fiscal year ended May 31, 2004, the Accounting Education Foundation of
the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants provided $1,000 scholarships
to 65 outstanding junior and senior accounting students and $1,000 scholarships
to 40 outstanding senior and graduate accounting students at Texas
universities. The Foundation also provided $17,000 to 17 students in
conjunction with the UIL scholarship program.
The Foundation also provided funding for the Accounting Educators Seminar.
This program keeps educators from colleges and universities up to date on the
latest practices in accounting and discusses the latest teaching techniques in
accounting education. Three outstanding educators were awarded $1,000 each for
excellence in accounting education.
